Eliud Kipchoge Library
Eliud Kipchoge Library is a library located in Chesumei Subcounty, Kapsisiywo Location, it is within Kapsisiywo Secondary School Compound. It has school books, journals, magazines, story books, story books and childrens books
Eliud Kipchoge born 5th November 1984 a native of Kapsisiywa Nandi County, one of the greatest marathoners in history. He constructed a library for his community known as Eliud Kipchoge Library inogursted by the 4th president of Kenya on Wednesday 3rd August 2022.
It was one way of giving back to the society, having been brought up in poverty he didn't wish others to go through it. Education is vital and so is the need to open a library in the most remote area. His slogan «No Human is Limited» entails that one can achieve his/her purpose as long as there is a will to push through. No obstacle can hinder one from attaining his/her purpose, goal in life.
Eliud Kipchoge on clocking 1:59 being the first human to run a marathon under 2 hours famously known as ENEOS 1:59.
