<p>Otra-hytta</p> <p><b>Ny side</b></p><div>&#039;&#039;&#039;Otra-hytta&#039;&#039;&#039; var ei hytte som [[Otra IL]] bygde ved [[Storetjønn]] på [[Senumsheia]], ca to kilometer innom toppen av skiheisen på [[Byglandsfjord]], i 1972-1973. Hytta hadde ei grunnflate på 160 kvadratmeter, og inneheldt peisestove, ein liten kafeteria, fem soverom, to vaskerom og i tillegg lagerrom og kjellar. Vinterstid skulle hytta bli ein samlingsstad for skifolket som kom til fjells med heisen. Sal av kioskvarer skulle gje inntekter til laget og lagsdrifta. <br /> <br /> Hytta blei opna for publikum i månadsskiftet februar/mars 1973. <br /> <br /> Drifstresultate varierte frå år til år, og var svært avhengig av at snøen kom og heisen gjekk. Utover i 1970- og 1980-åra var det fleire snøfattige vintrar, og drifta leid under det.<br /> <br /> På årsmøtet i Otra IL hausten 1989 vart det vedteke å velje ei nemd som skulle vurdera framtida til Otra-hytta. I 1997 rådde styret i Otra IL årsmøtet same haust til å selje hytta.
