<p>3</p> <p><b>Ny side</b></p><div>&#039;&#039;&#039;Det 3. frivillige kirkelige landsmøte&#039;&#039;&#039; kom sammen fra 28. februar 1887 til 18. mars 1887. Pastor Knudsen fra Drammen holdt innledningsforedraget der han uttalte seg for det borgerlige ekteskap med kirkelige garantier.<br /> <br /> Saker som var til behandling var<br /> #Spørsmålet om borgerlig ekteskap med kirkelige garantier eller rent valgfrie ekteskap<br /> #Sognebåndets løsning<br /> #Valgmenigheter, møtet tok avstand fra en sak som skulle opp i Odelstinget om dette<br /> #Åpning av kirken for lege forkynnere<br /> #Forslag om menighetsråd som kunne øve innflytelse på valg av prest, men som skulle ha sin viktigste oppgave å sørge for «at fremme det kristelige Liv i Menigheten»<br /> #Forslag om fremtidige kirkelige stiftsmøter og landsmøter. Her ble vedtatt et forslag fra professor Gisle Johnson om at det skulle være 72 deputerte (15 fra Kristiania stift, 9 fra Tromsø stift og 12 fra hver av de andre).
